My very first experience ordering from Sophie & Olivia was awesome. I ordered two items for my wife. She liked one and wanted to exchange the second. Clara assisted my request and was so helpful and accommodating an exchange. I recommend doing business with them to anyone considering great products with amazing customer service

The website is very good. There are numerous options to review and the pictures are very helpful. Placing the order was easy and when I became concerned about the length of time it was taking to get my order, customer service was very quick to respond to my request for information.

Our order was delivered as promised. It didnt take any longer than expected. The 1 peice was as described, very soft and looked amazing but we had ordered the wrong size. I have since been in touch with Clara and she has organised a smaller size at no expense to us and she has told us to keep the original any way. We were so happy with this quick outcome and how lovely Clara has been to deal with that we have ordered another peice from her along with the peice that Clara is sending us replacement. If their other products are anything like what we have already received I couldnt recommend them more highly. Thanks again for all your help Clara and we will definitely be ordering more from you in the future. Thanks again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this company! I purchased some lingerie for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. The quality was fantastic, and everything looked beautiful. I also accidentally made a mistake on the shipping address and was worried because they ship so quickly that the shipping label might already be created. I contacted them, and they fixed the address immediately without any issues. I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful their customer service was. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m very happy with my purchase, and most importantly, my wife was thrilled! I would definitely recommend this company and will absolutely be shopping with them again.

Fabric is super cheap and this company is an absolute scam, I got a piece for my wife, have been trying for weeks to initiate a return, I’m on my 23rd email with them, going back-and-forth, it took 15 emails before they even gave me a return the link, trying to offer me vouchers instead of giving me my money back. They asked for multiple photos of the item, then more photos and more photos, they are just stalling until I give up to avoid giving me a return. I have to call my bank to try to cancel this purchase, if they were a local company I would be pounding on their doors right now

Do not buy ! Not only are most of the reviews fake , they drop ship cheap items from factories in China. Confirmed items from Ali Express & Ali Baba are bought on masse and shipped direct from China. Do not buy, do not waste you’re money, customer services insisted on sending order once cancelled .
