I'm a regular user of the Soothe service. Having a good therapist come to my place is great for me. No negative experiences.

I've never had a bad massage from a masseuse at Soothe. All of them have been great. You can book an appointment and an hour later, someone friendly is at your door, ready to give you a great massage. Every massage therapist who has come to my house has been very professional, and that makes Soothe a trustworthy company for me.

Used Soothe 4 times in UK and US and not had a bad experience yet - so nice to be able to book a Treatment so swiftly and efficiently and reasonably Priced - very impressed so far

The 2 massage therapists that I've had from Soothe have been great. Also the administrators have been very helpful.

I enjoyed my two massages with soothe - but I think there should be a way for the client to request an RMT if available (so many of my friends would start using this service if they could submit it through their benefits) and we should get an option to try out new therapists if we choose not to rebook with the last one (even if the massage was good and deserving of a good review, the personality might not be what you are looking for...)

Great professional massage, but unfortunately the therapist was not a RMT in BC, as advertised by Soothe, which means I couldn't claim it. Repeated attempts at contacting Soothe about this went unanswered. My therapist was great and the wxperinwc otherwise flawless, but this critical piece of false advertising means I will not use Soothe again or recommend it to others.

I think this company is great. I like how open they are for booking same day. I think that the no tip is great because you never know what is good to give. The person that comes is very nice and professional.
