Service Quality Gone
I used to like soothe quite a bit (who can complain about massage at your door?. In the span of less than a year, it's now become a service I won't use. They accept appointments and preferences just fine (massage under two hours!) and then call you 15 min before said appt to say that they can't find a therapist in your area.. how about changing preferences.. how about another day.. After canceling 3-4 times spread over the same amount of months, I'm done. Why waste time on an unreliable service?

Hi Mark, Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear about this. Our customer experience agents ask our clients for flexibility if a massage therapist is unavailable. I'm sorry if this didn't happen with you as it should have. Please look out for an email from me. Sincerely, Hadi Khan Customer Experience Manager
