I think the concept in theory is great. If you request a specific therapist that's for the problems start . If that therapist isn't avalible they don't inform you they just pick someone eles. I had a situation where I asked for a therapist for 10 am booked @ 9pm the night before . There call center started calling my Hm at 7:30 in the am to ask me to change my appointment to acomidate their employee . I canceled my appointment . Recently I Han a 90 min appointment .the therapist on wk for 60 min. I didn't realize till after he left my appointment was cut short .i called the call center/ help line to discuss what happened. My account has still not been credited. I've asked a few therapist how they like working for this company . Apparently they are not paid on time .

Without exception, I always felt worse after a sootge massage. At least in Miami, the therapist don't speak English, don't ask for feedback, don't take feedback, and in general are lacking in manners and basic professionalism. Pretty amazing the basics like turning your phone off or not covered in their orientation. And several times, even when I asked the therapist to turn their phone off, they did not. These are not massages-they are one hour sessions of vigorously rubbing lotion over your body.

I have had the pleasure of ordering 2 massages from Soothe, the first one was in February of 2015, right before a cruise. I am from the east coast, and thought a massage would be a great way to start vacation. I was right, there were two therapists, one for my friend, and one for me. The massage was the best both of us have ever had (I get about 6 a year). The therapists were professional, and prompt. I was so pleased with my first experience, that when I went back to Los Angeles for a business trip in the summer, I booked a 90 minute massage with the same person as the first time, and was just as happy with that one as the first. Very reasonably priced for the outstanding service and level of professionalism of the therapists .

Concept is outstanding. Customer service is very good. The variable is the therapist. I used one guy and was lucky enough to get him twice. He rocked. The third time he wasn't available and the person sent was very nice etc but simply did not give me a deep tissue massage. So I am now hesitant without seeing a star rating and customer feedback on therapists.
