It was a hassle to apply as they were not knowledgeable about the requirements to be a massage therapist in California. I never had clients with this service. Customers were very far away and they would book less than a half-hour from the scheduled time. I required at least 24 hours; I do have another job. Most of the time I would get an error message if I decided to accept an appointment.

Soothe Internet Service Scam-- Canceled a Sooth account after finding they didn't have providers in my area, however, Sooth never canceled their billing. Continued to bill my card monthly for $89. Discovered this when doing my taxes (billed HSA) and now Soothe refuses to respond to calls, emails, or texts. Merlin Kauffman is the owner, who lives in San Juan. Hope he is enjoying being a criminal.

Im a free lance massage therapist and have been with soothe for over 10 yrs since they started in uk. I appreciate the work but the company is appalling in dealing with basic issues such as customer service...i can't tell you the amount of times ive only been issued with part of an address and no way of contacting the client or the client unable to contact me.. Several interactions with technicians and ive never been able to speak to management..furthermore speaking to several soothe therapists in london this is a problem widespread...im under the notion the usa base company does not care about its English market.

horrible, horrible, horrible...... I booked a couple's massage a week in advance. Two therapists confirmed. The day the service arrived and as I'm sitting there waiting I checked the app because it was almost time and I hadn't heard from anyone. Turns out one of the therapists had cancelled and I was never notified. When I reached out to customer service they said that the other one was on her way but they couldn't get me a second one. I, of course cancelled and requested a full refund. I understand that things happen but the least I deserved was to be notified. The other one never arrived either. This thing should not be in business!!

Absolute trash for clients and providers alike. Pray you don’t need assistance with anything. The app CONSTANTLY GLITCHES. When clients or providers have issues resolving issues NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE. If you message them they take forever (45minutes to an hour) to respond if they ever do. When you call they route your call to a test message so nothing ever gets resolved. It doesn’t matter if your a client or provider there is no help when anything goes wrong.
