My Therapist goes above and beyond. She does more than talk at me. She sends me worksheets and shares tools with me that are meaningful and personalized. With the help of my Therapist I hardly recognize myself from 2 years ago ( in the best way).

My A/A male patient informed me that during his search for a Sondermind Therapist, he was initially given a list of 8 Caucasian Therapists. He then requested to be matched with an A/A female therapist at which time he was given another list with all A/A female therapists. Where is the diversity? Why aren't the A/A therapists being marketed along with their counterparts? This is very concerning and troubling to me. I am deeply disappointed in Sondermind's way of meeting the cultural and diverse needs of the patients in need of cultural diversity.

If i had an appointment today I was not aware of it... I just got approved to use the service today. I guess I was scheduled and never told, but im being asked to review my experience with my provider... so here it is since I didnt see one. Im not sure how I was scheduled for an appointment on the same day I got approval.

The website requires a person to create a login, however there are issues with the site that prevent a person from completing this task. The agent was helpful but she had the same problems. Overall the website is worthless!

What made my experience great was feeling heard & understood by my therapist. She is helping me achieve what I wanted out of the sessions.
