Very rude and I am canceling

I am a therapist and relatively new to Sondermind, but the experience has been very good. There are no credentialling costs for us, which is basically necessary to be able to practice and take insurance reimbursement, and they also provide referrals. They are making it possible for me to expand my private practice in ways that would not otherwise be possible. They take care of all of the billing, which is advantageous for both client and therapist. Highly recommend!

I was 10 minutes late for a session. I logged in for the session. The therapist replied that the session was at 10:30. I would need to reschedule. I received a bill for $85. Ok, I know I messed up. Here is my problem. I am a human being and I make mistakes. I understand this also takes away from the other person's time and income. Had the therapist answered my login to the session and spoken with me, I would have no problem with this. But she did not. She messaged me. And charged me. Which I'm going to bet is the company's policy. When I contacted customer service, they "have no record of my login. Which is a complete lie. Do not use this service. It is set up for profit, not to help people.

I like how my Therapist is down to earth. Talks about anything I want.
