Joy is GREAT! She really is making me work by prompting me and just letting me talk. So far some of the sessions have been intense, but have been good to get some of this stuff out.

Teri has always made me feel comfortable and looking to help me in the best possible way to get better.

I wanted to give an update from my previous review. I gave Sondermind one too many chances to make things right. After "technical difficulties" my session was ended and I was kicked out of the virtual room halfway through my session and wasn't allowed back in. My therapist tried to get me back in but had another appointment to get to and never reached back out to schedule. I was still charged the full amount for that session so I reached out explaining the situation asking for my money back WEEKS ago and still have not heard back. Not worth it.

I completed all of the documentation Ii including my insurance information. Sondermind estimated my co-pay at $0. On that basis I scheduled an appointmnt on April 8. They never submitted the claim to insurance. I called and they said they would file the claim and refund me. They have done neither. Now when I call they only offer the option to get a call back. I have called 4 times and I have asked for a call back which they never did. On April 10, I submitted an email case according to their directions. I got no response. I emailed again and got a case number on April 27. I was notified that they closed the case with no resolution. They have never filed my claim. On the advice of my therapist I resubmitted my insurance. They gave me a case number again. They still have not responded and they have not filed the claim with my insurance. I have had to cancel 3 appointments because I am on SSI. I cannot go to appointments when I don't know how much they are or if they will file claims. I am supposed to be in trauma therapy and this is certainly not trauma informed care. Find a different therapist!!!!
