The first go-round with Sondermind was a bust because I didn't connect with the therapist. I tried it again, and I'm extremely happy that I did! The new therapist and I clicked right away and she makes me feel like I'm speaking to my best friend! She has been a God send and has opened my eyes to alot of situations that I need to address! It's funny that my therapist is probably 25 years younger than I am, but she has such a grasp on life and situations, that this old dog is learning new tricks! Sondermind is AMAZING!

Literally customer service is horrible, everything is talk to your therapist. My therapist made appointments every week but I was only suppose to have them every 2 weeks and when I notice all the charges I called and my therapist stop answering me and their support team didn’t know what to do. Take your money elsewhere. We already got enough stress, trust me please.

Absolutely horrible experience. Scheduled with a therapist and she never showed. When I messaged she never responded. After I disputed the charge for the appointment she sent me very nasty messages about my "comprehension" because she uses Zoom, not Sondermind video for her sessions. Customer Service is not responsive or helpful.

Sondermind is the best working environment a person could ask for. It is also the best client centered organization that I have ever worked for. They encourage client's to take an active role in setting up their own portal in anticipation of receiving counseling care. Clinicians are given excellent training at the outset and frequently during the work life relationship. They care about their clinicians' and mostly they care for the clients' who come to Sondermind for care. I'm so happy that I found SonderMind. They are caring and focused on me as a whole. I wish that I could have found them sooner. I be so excited about my next session and talking to my therapist. My therapist is the best.

I am very pleased with them. Easy to make appointments and my therapist is wonderful.

I set up a profile with Sondermind. I entered that I did not want video visits, but wanted to go in person. They emailed me a couple of days later to tell me that they didn't accept my insurance and that would have been fine and the end of it. Then a provider scheduled a video consultation. I had to cancel it. Such a frustrating experience for me.

Donna is sweet and very kind, she makes me feel happy!
