I was looking for a therapist and several who were accepted by my insurance were with SonderMind. I established an account, but when I checked, the therapists listed by my insurance were no longer there. SonderMind began to aggressively pursue me, telling me that a series of therapists were ready to see me. I received fifteen texts and several emails from them. I texted back that they were way too aggressive, but they didn't respond because their texts are automated. Instead, they sent me two more texts before they finally stopped. I complained about them to my insurance; and needless to say, I did not use their services.

I have had a few sessions with the Therapist and she is excellent. The process of finding her was simple all my needs were considered and the match was spot on. Using this platform allows me to have therapy at my convenience and at an affordable rate with my insurance

My experience with my therapist has been amazing The fact that I continuously am getting charged for my sessions when I have full coverage insurance that I have to pay nothing and that my insurance company has tried to contact you to straighten this out and got no resolve and I still am out $120 for sessions that my insurance company pays for I’m very disappointed I do not wanna have to leave my therapist but if I keep getting charged, I’m going to have to …Again this has nothing to do with Allison. She’s amazing it has to do with the fact that you continue to charge me for sessions when my insurance fully covers my mental health and I cannot get anybody to get back to me. I’ve called multiple times all they say is that they can email somebody and try to get it worked out. My insurance company is called and I am assuming that this session coming up Monday I will be charged for again and at that point, I’m probably going to have to cancel with Allison cause I cannot afford to keep paying for insurance and for my therapy.

⚠️⚠️⚠️The billing system is horrible! I do not recommend the way Sondermind charges you and your insurance company. I was getting card $30.00 than it went to $100.00 dollars, than $10.00 monthly charges. I am sick of these inconsistent charges without using the service. I didn't used Sondersmind this month and they charged me $100.00 dollars. YOU ARE BEING WARNED ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️

The app is fairly easy to use.

Sondermind therapist are Great, however, Sondermind rules and policies are not good due the way they DONT communicate. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The time with my counselor is great. She has fun drawing activities to help me learn about myself. The technology does not work easily for me, that is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars.

I have just concluded my third session. I feel that the goals that my Counselor and I have set are very attainable as we deal with trauma from my past. This kind of counseling is very hard as we deal with issues stemming back to childhood. But, I am optimistic that we are headed in a very positive direction. At this juncture it would be very easy to quit and stuff the pain once again but I believe I am on a path to finally healing and well worth continuing forward.
