I don't have much feedback at this time, other than my therapist Donna. She's very easy to talk to.

It was easy to connect with a therapist who met my needs and was available at times that match my schedule. So far, I am very pleased with my care journey.

I felt listened to and that is huge for me. My husband recently passed away and no one wants me to talk about him. When I said this to my Therapist she said “then let’s talk about him.” This was such a huge relief. She also has good suggestions to help me through my grief.

I'm new to SonderMind and have only had 3 sessions with my new therapist. I was able to go to my insurance carriers website and search for a therapist that accepted my insurance. I went through the lists, carefully reading the BIO of many therapist. I noticed several of those on the lists were associated with SonderMind. I was looking for a therapist that deals with my diagnoses who offered me telehealth care. Where I live the weather can be tricky in the winter months and this helps me not having to be out on the roads in winter. We also have a lot of road construction and traffic which at times can be stressful. Having telehealth opportunites, allows me to be in the comfort of my home, not worry about traveling to an appointment or if my automobile breaks down, etc and still get the medical care I need. It was simple to set up the account and they send me emails and text messages reminding me of my appointments. I believe that certain types of medical care can be done with telehealth appointments and that in the future this should cut costs of medical care for certain diagnoses as there isn't the upkeep of a brick and mortor building, no huge utility bills or other needs.

Patricia Nelson has made me look inside myself and observe the blessings I have in family, lifestyle, spouse, pets and activities (limited as they are). I’m starting to look forward to each day, waking earlier. I’ve realized that I can afford to hire others to do things that I can no longer physically do. She guided me to my first chair yoga class thru the VA. I’m now sore but feeling physically better.

Billing is so horrible, didn't charge for months and then get a $350 deduction, setup a payment plan, only to be charge 4 times for 1 payment. How can you be this bad at payments?

The therapist I requested showed availability online. After requesting a female therapist, I was paired with a male. The male therapist didn’t seem to care about my schedule and wanted me to meet during times I am never available. He picked odd times that wouldn’t mesh well with anyone’s schedule leaving me wondering if he really wanted to meet with me at all.

My therapist was fine. However, I didn’t want to schedule more sessions until I verified how well insurance was going to pay. After 2 to 3 months, I still heard nothing about the billing so I emailed them, explaining the situation. Even though I clearly stated that it had been 2 to 3 months I received a basic form letter saying it takes them a few weeks for the billing process. They obviously didn’t even read what I wrote. When someone needs help, they can’t wait 2 to 3 months to see if insurance covers the cost, and most people are probably like me and can’t afford to pay for multiple sessions at full cost. I don’t recommend them.
