My nurse practitioner took me cold turkey off a benzo that I had taken for 30 years. It was extremely unpleasant. Every physician I have spoken to agrees that the medicine should have been tapered slowly. When I wanted to discuss this with her she declined and wanted to wait two weeks to talk about it. She wrote very confusing emails to me that made it worse. One of the worst health service treatments I have ever experienced

I was matched with a therapist who then scheduled an additional visit. The office sent a link for the appointment which I waited 20 minutes for the therapist. The therapist sent a text that I was a no show and when I told her I was waiting on the meeting her office sent, she apologized and said she would notify Sondermind of the error. Sondermind billed me anyway and I’m still waiting on a resolution. I definitely do not recommend.

Within 2 hours I was matched with the most perfect therapist I have had dealing with my issues which are complicated. The therapist has been excellent for me and I am still seeing her. I value the platforms matching services. The only challenging thing about sondermind is being able to talk to a live person if there is a customer service problem. I would still give them five stars though.

I had a great experience with mine until I had a billing issue which they refused to address. The therapy I received was excellent, but the billing department and customer service are not good. It appears that my insurance policy number changed at the beginning of the year and so they didn’t get reimbursed from the insurance company so they billed me for the full amount. Before the payment was due, I contacted them and give him my new insurance information.Next thing I know they charge my credit card for the full amount. Several. emails later they haven’t responded to my request to rebuild the insurance company. All I hear is crickets from customer service. Once they got my money There was radio silence.

I was referred by health insurance to use online platforms and this company requires up front account opening just to look at available therapists (there were 4). I started opening an account and got to the mandatory credit card page and chose to go no further after being called by one "match" (you dont choose me, I choose you). I requested cancelling my account, received confirmation that it was closed and am still being called by employees stating we've "matched". I do not want to be contacted, that's why I did not finish filling out paperwork!

When I decided not to pursue therapy with Sondermind, and cancelled my initial session 48 hours before it was scheduled, they charged me anyway.

I am doing a follow up to my review of serveral months ago. This is the same BILLING issue going around and around. This company does not care the stress, anxiety and frustration they cause. My case is still open with BBB until someone from this company with authority calls or writes me a letter of apology. If you are reading this , thinking of trying them out. Don't waste time, money or mental health. They are not worth it and do not deserve the patronage of people who sincerely need help.

I was brand new to therapy. Literally my first ever appointment following our intake meeting. My “therapist” was a no-show for our follow up. Clearly a bunch of clowns who just want to collect email addresses.
