Just awful disorganized and no clients. A waste of time and no clients in 6 months. I am a seasoned therapist who worked with many telemedicine companies since 2016 and this one is one of the worst and would not recommend it either to medical professionals or clients. They do not request clients to enter payment or insurance information so even the referrals I received clients don't even respond. A waste of time.

I received an email saying that Sondermind was going to charge my credit card for my session even though my insurance is supposedly accepted. I tried to delete my credit card from my account so that I am not charged because I know that once I am charged, it will be next to impossible to get my money back when insurance does pay. There is no way to delete my credit card from the website and no number to call for help with that. The billing system is unfair to the consumer. At any other health provider's office, there is a 30-day billing cycle, whereas here, you get charged immediately. The 30-day cycle helps the client sort out issues with insurance. Sondermind's method just gets them immediate payment with no consideration of the client.

They told me it was going to be $31 per session because of my insurance coverage. They charged me $355 for the most mid three sessions of my life.

My therapist is great but billing department customer service is horrible and it’s hard to get in touch with anyone to get things resolved. Lack of communication. It’s not helping my mental health.

Well Sondermind, it’s been over 2 months and you still HAVE NOT resubmitted the correct insurance information shared with you as per our insurance company to fix the problem you created by incorrectly charging us HUNDREDS of dollars for mental health services that ARE FULLY COVERED by and per our insurance company. How can you get away with this??? No star is not possible so I‘m forced to give 1 star.

My experiences with SonderMind have been excellent and then as a therapist I have been able to reach clients all over the state and have very successful outcomes, helping them to resolve issues. I’m very grateful to be affiliated with SonderMind five years and happy to help clients all over the state who needs services and often times are unable to find help. Thank you, SonderMind!

Miss Rasheed should find another line of work. I signed on promptly at 10:55 for an 11:00 appointment, per instructions. I hung up after 10 minutes, at 11:10. She said I didn't get on the phone until 11:07 (a lie) and that many docs make you wait up to 30 minutes. I said that's bullcrap ... none of my docs (other than my current therapist) make me wait long, and never a half hour. She said I have to understand that she's licensed in 6 states to which I replied that I don't give a damn. She even admitted she double booked my time slot and I have to understand that too. What a joke. She's horrible ... you guys don't have good reviews ... maybe she should consider another line of work, e.g. ICE agent.
