This company can improve with their refunds. Going on 3 weeks now. I have a bad feeling. I don't live near a Soma store. I have to mail my online order back to them. It has the tags on them, never worn, just don't fit. Give me my money back!

None of the pop-up chat features work. You cannot get a live person to pick up the phone at customer service. Worst of all, a return could take up to 30 days to be processed? Are you serious? So, 30+ days for a refund is possible. How do companies like this stay in business?

This is a horrible company who takes advantage of their customers. They have been spamming me. It took mountains to get off their list. A month later it started again. I called to ask them to stop and why I was spammed again. My request was not processed was their answer. They said they would make sure I was unsubscribed this time but it would take 8 weeks for it to be processed! 8 weeks more of them tracking my every move and selling that information and spamming me. They gave a sweet reply to my first google review and listed a number for me to call like it would be a human. It was nothing but their general customer service line where I had to spend time waiting for someone to answer then give them all my personal information just to have them tell me there was nothing they could do. Another waste of my time. Put them out of business for their deception and boycott their abuse of your personal information. They probably make more off that then their bras and panties.

Terrible company. Very misleading in their marketing. Bought a $100 lingerie item only to find the shorts were not included. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered two set of underwear. One was 50% off. Weeks later only one set delivered. Called customer service and was told they had 10 days to deliver and it had not been 10 days. 10 days later, still have not received. Called again and someone canceled the order. Done with this company.

I have purchased bras from Soma.com over the past several years without any major incidents. The bras have been decent quality. I've usually ordered a couple of sizes, chosen the size that fits and exchange the others for a correct size. Two months ago, I ordered three bras. The band size was incredibly small in comparison with my other Soma bras. Ordered the next size up and the fit was terribly off. Returned all the bras. I received emails indicating my returns had been received. Then crickets. No credit. In late April, I finally went on customer service chat, told I would receive a confirming email and a credit to my card. Never received an email. Called customer service. They said no record of a credit. So the rep said she was issuing a credit and sending me a confirming email. No email. I checked my credit card statement about a week later. I received about 58% of my purchase in a credit. Called customer service. They charge a $7 restocking fee (I remember reading that) and had only credited me for two bras. No explanation why. This rep said she "was requesting" a credit on the third bra. She could not send a confirming email because she was "requesting" the credit. WTF?!?!? This company has had my money for 6 weeks. Their customer service is horrid only topped by the way they handle returns. If you can't walk into one of their stores (I'm hundreds of miles from one), don't do business with them online.

I purchased 2 bras. I returned to the store where purchase due to incorrect fit. The store manager remeasured and stated I had been incorrectly measured cup size and inches of bust. Customer Service stated it was past the return date and did nothing to correct the issue. It was the sales associates lack of education in measure that was the error. Customer Service response was they hope I understand and will pass on issue to appropriate personnel, but can do nothing for me.

Very very disappointing. I made an international order on April 12th & I was supposed to receive it by 25th April. My order is still not shipped and I’ve been constantly emailing them but absolutely no response. Not even bothered to respond why it’s delayed when to expect it or at least process my refund if you’re unable to ship!!
