Customer service is horrible! I actually received a bra that was previously worn and returned by someone else so I returned it and then wrote to their customer service asking about the status of my refund and mentioned in the email how dissatisfied I was about receiving an item that was returned by someone else and they responded to the email stating that the refund was being processed and zero apologies for their lack of attention to what is being sent out to the customer.

I placed an online order on 7/14 and received 4 out of 5 items. I've now made three phone calls to customer service. Two calls resulted in them saying it was on the way and if I didn't receive by 7/25 I could get a credit. I called third time on 7/27 and requested credit. Customer service rep was rude and said I could not get a credit. I asked to speak to manager and have been on hold for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous! I will never order from Soma again! How do I get my refund???

I have ordered many times from Soma for their bras. Recently I ordered 2 bras which were on sale (1/2 off). When I received the bras, the fit was a little off so I was not sure if I was going to keep them or not. Since I really like Soma bras I went on line and I found a return policy for their bras that stated they could be returned even if worn which would be very helpful in this case. When I called to confirm if I understood the policy, it was explained that yes their policy is to take back worn bras. Only problem is, it only applies to full price bras and the bras I had were purchased on sale (half off). I went back on the website and there are NO full price bras. How can you have a policy on a product you don't offer? A bit deceptive. I will no longer shop at Sonoma.

I ordered online over a week ago. Never got an email confirmation of my purchase, no tracking, no proof that a purchase was made. Thank God I took a screen shot of my order number when I made the transaction. I wrote to the customer service and still waiting for a reply. Awful experience. This was my first and last purchase with them.

Had to make a return and the refund process seemed to take an overabundance of time to get back.

The smalls fit like XXS, and the quality can be better on Amazon products. They also charge you shipping and restocking fees on returns. I won't be ordering from Soma again.

I had an outstanding experience with Hannah. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to receive such excellent service these days. I truly appreciate her patience, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My original purchase was $93.04, but I received a refund of only $76.42. The refund email did not explain why $16.62 was withheld, and when I called customer service, I spent nearly 20 minutes on hold while the representative researched the issue. Afterward, I was simply told I would not be receiving any additional refund, without a clear explanation for the deduction. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency. If a company is going to reduce a customer's refund, it should clearly explain why. Customers should carefully review their refund amounts and not assume they will receive back what they paid, even when returned items are in excellent condition. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and unwilling to shop with Soma again.
