Soma IntimatesReviews of soma.com

I read these reviews after I made an online purchase and was really scared I would never get my shipment. However, all the items arrived and I was able to track my shipment as it progressed. Happy I got my items because I am 5' and their cropped pj pants are the perfect length for me.

I had an outstanding experience with Hannah. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to receive such excellent service these days. I truly appreciate her patience, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My mother, who is 90, recently came to visit me and wanted to go somewhere she could get fitted for a bra, so that it would actually fit her. Patricia, from the store in Lakeside Village in Lakeland, Florida, was amazing. She made a situation, which could be a little awkward for a very modest 90 year old woman, one of complete ease. Patricia went above and beyond helping my mom and showing true care and concern for her.

Every year I shop on black friday. I visited the store on fm 1960 and champions in houston, texas. The customer service I received was amazing. I have found in the last few years customer service has been thrown out the window. The individuals name is Melissa. I want to thank her for the attention I received in shopping at that store.

I have always amazing experience.I called store on 8/16 and i made order by phone pajamas set ,was Ms Moyan she answered the phone. She was very calm and she was listener , and she ordered and I received after 3 days.I am very happy. thank youuuu!!!!!

Layla was extra helpful on my first and return visits. I wanted a lightweight bra that fit and didn't have a wide band. She suggested I try the Lightly Lined wireless bra. I initially resisted because I don't like underwire but after trying on several styles, I chose the bra she'd suggested. I returned to the store to buy more, but the store did not have my preferred color and style, so she ordered one for me and helped me with other purchases.

The girl named Mary at store 05374 located in the Destiny Mall in Syracuse, New York was extremely helpful. She was able to direct me to my correct size since what I thought was my correct size didn't fit properly. I was very happy with her service.
