I've had the Enbliss bra for a little over a year. 3 of them within a month had wies poking out at the bottom. I know they are out of warranty, but you would think that Soma would do something about it. Nope, all I got was a a thank you for buying our product and sorry we can't help you. AS expensive as they are They should last longer than a year. i'm pretty disappointed, and we'll be finding a new brand to buy.

Do not buy the Vanishing Tummy Modern Brief Panty. I have been a loyal Soma customer since 1998, but their quality has completely tanked. Almost EVERY SINGLE PAIR from my original order and the replacements they sent have completely unraveled at the leg seams. The stitching disintegrates after a few wears.When I complained about this clear manufacturing defect, corporate care (Tammy) gave me a massive runaround and treated a 28-year loyal customer like garbage. I had to file a BBB complaint just to get a pre-paid return label. After mailing back 4 ruined pairs, they sent a generic, un-personalized letter and an insulting $47.60 credit—which doesn't even cover the pairs they told me to discard or the hours I wasted on hold. Now, even MORE of the replacements are falling apart exactly the same way (see photos). Soma refuses to stand behind their products. Save your money and go to a competitor who uses quality thread.

I used the chat function, I got hung up on when I asked for a return even though I was being cordial. I am both disappointed by the solution to my problem presented by this agent and their behaviour in ending the chat. I tried to resolve through the customer service email but was never responded to. Awful customer service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered panties which proceeded to rip after just a couple wearings. I contacted customer service and was bounced around for over a month. They told me to send photos. I sent photos. They told me to call. I called. They told me to email new photos to a manager. I emailed new photos to a manager. Over a month later and they can only thank me for my patience. A company that does not stand behind its product will not get my business again. Do better Soma!!

The quality of this brand is now trash. Not sure what they are doing, but will never order from them again. Items falling apart after 2 months.

I am still in the process trying to be reimbursed for an order. Whatever you do, only go to and deal with the stores, not the "online" or "phone" customer service. They are awful. They will stop responding to you through email and will drop your phone calls 700 times to their call center in Mexico where it is incredibly difficult to understand anyone.

Never purchased anything from this company, am not and never have been a customer (and because of the spam, never will be), but they’ve been sending more than three emails a day, for months—unsubscribing somehow causes them to send MORE emails. Such a dumb business practice, why actively antagonise potential future customers?

Had a fitting @ Soma Intimates @ Crocker Park , Ohio . The friendly , knowledgeable consultant measured me and got the right wire free bra that fit my requirements . Super happy I purchased 2 . The Embraceable Wireless Unlined Full Coverage Bra the consultant recommended was exactly what I was looking for . Thank you Camilla for your expert advise .
