I work in the field of covert/overt video surveillance and have worked with many brands of analog & IP video systems. The Samsung SDS-5102 DVR set up is easy to navigate. I will not start the full installation until Spring, but I have set it up in my garage to test the cameras and DVR. The picture quality is very clear and the IR works great in almost total darkness. The price was better than Sam's Club and as a bonus, I was not charged tax or shipping (an additional savings). The package arrived in 3 days and great care was taken to ensure the equipment was protected. I rated 4 stars simply because I don't have it installed, but from the testing I've done, I'm confident I will be very satisfied. I will be installing with baluns and CAT5 for easier installation than with the provided BNC cables. The price and speed of delivery was great and I will order from Soltech Security again.

Was a new client, called to place an order, received great customer service and when an item was not in stock, she was knowledgeable to be able to suggest a different product that would work with the other parts ordered. Received the order in a very timely manner.
