When I placed the order I was told the item would be at my house in two to three days. The item wasn't shipped out until 5 days later and I still have yet to receive it. I'm beyond frustrated especially since I paid so much for shipping.

I am repeating customer and referred them to few of my friends due to their competitive pricing. Didn't knew i had to go through such a pain on my second purchase. Received my order on time which was good. Upon installing, I noticed that parts that they sent was never tested or verified. I am currently stuck with partially functioning security system. Don't know how they run their business without having a proper contact information. I tried to reach out to them on many different numbers and none of them works. 1-855-880-3456 201-840-6755 So please don't ask customers or reviewers to contact you guys on the number that doesn't even exist. For any of you out their trying to get hold of them, please don't even bother calling any numbers or even email them. You won't get a reply. Updating my Order #20007817

Started out very happy with the price for the security system. However when I received my package with my system, extra cameras and some loose pigtails all thrown in a very large overstuffed box....Well surprise the box ripped open and either the power supply for the pigtails fell out or were never in the package. Set up what I could at this point and contacted them via email and received no response at all. $798 spent and almost got what I paid for. Waited to review to find out what they would do about it. Well so far no response and nothing done about it. Supposed to open our shop tomorrow and have multiple cameras that have no power. Guess I will spend more time and money to find some elsewhere.

I called home tech was speaking with them. Guy was nice ask for phone number if call hung up. Call hung up no call back. Still not Hook up some is wrong some where. Don't know if dvr needs to be hard wired to router or not. I bought wireless antenna for dvr . Says connected but then not working. ??????

Very disappointing 1st time experience. I needed help on what to order & was directed by Rep on what to. Yea, you guessed it -- item ordered was not what I needed. Called back & recieved direction on what to order, but was told on Return of wrong Item only the item charge would be refunded. I'm out the cost of shipping the wrong merchandise to me & the cost of returning it. Way to go Soltech --- You fumbled on pleaseing this 1st time customer.
