Samsung video surveillance
I had purchased my Samsung surveillance system last Tuesday and was delivered that Thursday. The time frame from when I ordered it to when I received it was fantastic. I purchased the system for my companys building. Couldn't be happier with the performance. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

Outstanding Guest Service by Eunice!
Eunice is an asset to your company! I emailed and requested a phone call. She called me back immediately. She answered my questions about the baby monitor I purchased. Each time I had another question about the product, she took the time to answer in full so I understood what I was buying. Wow ... Employees like Eunice need to be honored because in this day and age, few people are thanked for their good deed. I'm 65 years old and am of the "old school" mentality ... Eunice was polite, very knowledgable about the product she was selling, patient with all my questions and said, "thank you for your purchase Jenny ". Jenny Hejtmanek

Quality Equipment, fast service
We received our package very quickly. Everything was shipped together, complete system and accessories. This is good to keep it all together. The equipment is wonderful. Dark or bright light, the system functions well. It is also user friendly, literally plug and play. Adding the additional components is easy but i would like to see more obvious notes (of what you need to buy to make additional cameras work) in the description of the systems if you do want to add the extra cameras. We could not figure out easily that we needed an additional power supply and plug adapter for the additional 4 cameras that we ordered on our 16 channel system order. We got that information from the package after receiving it. Otherwise, everything works very well.

Sale could not get any better..
I purchased my security system from Soltech Securities and I was very satisfied with young lady (Sherry) who helped me out with all my questions and concerns, the Sale went smoothly and VERY SURPRISED to receive my product he very next day!!!!! (WOW). And since was a "Home" xmas gift, I will rewiew actual product next week. WAY TO GO Soltech keep uo the good job!!! SR
