On one hand, it's a little premature of me to write this; on the other hand, I'm not happy with this company so far. I placed an order for sunglasses on July 30th. I am writing this on August 12. I STILL do not have my sunglasses, and when I check my order on their website, it STILL only says: "We're preparing these items for shipping." That's ridiculous. So pretty much 2 weeks after I placed my order, my sunglasses STILL have not even been shipped out. I'll give them 2 more weeks, and then I'm doing a chargeback with my CC. EDITED TO ADD: I see that Solstice Sunglasses responded. Yet it's the SAME cookie-cutter response they pretty much write to everyone. Oh, and 3 days later.....order still says, We're preparing these items for shipping" SUCH a joke. SO obviously they DO NOT have these items in stock and just get them from the manufacturer

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. The frame you purchased is sourced directly from the manufacturer, and these orders typically have a 10–14 business day processing timeframe before they ship. Your order is still within that timeframe, and we expect it to ship within the next few days. We are actively monitoring your order and will continue to keep an eye on its progress. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The quality, service, and overall experience have been amazing, and I’m always so excited to place my next order. Definitely a customer for life!

UPD: Shipment received Aug 17, top quality sunglasses. Only issue is the waiting time. But because the price, 5/5 stars. *First order was ok, made a second one #114980 Jul 24. Now aug 10 - nothing happened. Had a phone conversation with the support in the beginning of month and they said its all ok and they need several days more to complete the order. Unstatisfied.*
