Disappointed that website said sign up for email and get 20% off your first order. When I went to check out it wouldn't take the code. I called solstice and they said it doesn’t apply to sale items. But it said off your first order, didn’t say off of regular price items.

SLOW PROCESSING

Communication on orders or let customer know how long it takes. The explanation of how long the order will take is not understood in the purchase process. Haven’t received the product and already want a review doesn’t make sense. I have requested an ETA but I get a review so guess what I’m not very happy not know when my order is coming.

Very slow shipping. Only shipped after I called them.

The glasses look more purple than brown. I do like them, so will be keeping.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry the color appeared different from what you expected. Colors can sometimes look a little different online depending on lighting, screen settings, and photography compared with how they appear in person. That said, we’re very happy to hear that you like the sunglasses and decided to keep them! We hope you enjoy your new pair.

I recently have brought a pair of luxury sunglasses from Solstice Sunglasses. This was my first time ordering from the brand before reading reviews. What I didn’t know is that the shipping will take longer than expected. I had to wait about 2.5 weeks due to a shipping error of them not having them in stock and the company had to put a new order in from Italy. Overall, I am aware that the shipping take longer but once I order again I will order at least a month ahead to receive my order. The customer service was great and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.

They took a very long time to get her about two months. I think it felt like two months. It was a long time, but they are beautiful beautiful great quality glasses. I love them. I love them so much.
