Best anti glare dark glasses ever

I am concerned that this website may be fraudulent. I placed an order for a glass one month ago and have yet to receive it. The company continues to provide automated responses stating a 10–14 business-day delivery window; however, more than a month has elapsed.

Happy to be able to purchase these Kate spade soft cat eye frames because they have been discontinued and a hard size to find.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the discount offers presented to me while I was processing my order. Initially, I received an offer for a 20% discount. I completed all the required information to claim the offer, but I never received the discount code. I then submitted a second request after another offer appeared, this time for a 10% discount. I received the following message: “Thanks for subscribing! Use code ILOVESOLSTICE10 at checkout to get 10% off.” However, when I entered the code at checkout, I received a message stating that my item was not eligible for the discount. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. If an item is not eligible for a discount, why is the offer being advertised during the ordering process without clearly stating the restrictions? This is misleading and creates unnecessary frustration for customers who take the time to complete the required steps in good faith. I was so disappointed by this experience that I almost cancelled my order altogether. I should not have to waste my time trying to claim discounts that are advertised but cannot be applied to my purchase. I believe this issue needs to be addressed and corrected to ensure that discount offers are clearly communicated and that customers can successfully redeem the promotions presented to them. I would also appreciate an explanation of why the discount codes did not work and, if possible, a valid discount to honor the offer that was advertised. I look forward to your response and hope you will take this feedback seriously

My order was refunded 4 times without any reason

Even though I was disappointed, I was offered a code for first time buyer they wouldn’t accept it. Nicole was very nice helping me. Let’s hope I get the shades soon.!!!

Disappointed that website said sign up for email and get 20% off your first order. When I went to check out it wouldn't take the code. I called solstice and they said it doesn’t apply to sale items. But it said off your first order, didn’t say off of regular price items.
