Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Your order includes custom lenses, which typically require 10–14 business days to process. Your order is still within this timeframe, and we are currently preparing it in our lab and completing the necessary work. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. We appreciate your patience while we complete your order.

You have my money and I don’t even have a tracking number. No one is answering emails and the phone number listed online for the New York store doesn’t work. This is your last chance to provide me with a tracking number for the glasses that you have already taken the money for. Today is 09/10/2026. You have until Monday 09/14/2026 to mail my purchase and provide me with a tracking number or I will report you to the police for stealing and the BBC for poor business practices.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We checked your order and confirmed that one of our representatives responded to your inquiry on the same day you reached out. Please check your spam or junk folder, as the response may have been filtered there. Your order is still within the stated 10–14 business day processing timeframe, and we are actively working on it. Once it ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

After ordering the glasses I found them on sale for $354 on another site. Not too happy about that. I will be canceling my order

I ordered a frame from your website and received an email stating that it would be delivered within 10 to 14 day. I waited 15 days before sending an email asking for information as to when they would be shipped. I did not receive a reply. 5 days later, another email. Again, no response. Canceled order.
