The Support team promptly responded to my emails. I also see that parts on Sole Fitness are reasonably priced compared to the cost charged by Repair techs.

We are glad that the responses were quick and informative. We do try and be very competitive in terms of our prices. It is not surprising that repair techs are charging more. We recommend always calling somewhere for a free walkthrough/diagnosis of your issue when it is in regards to something a bit less technical.
