If I am seeing your order correctly, it appears you had ordered the parts for the area that installs to the flywheel of your elliptical. Am I correct to assume you actually needed the bushings that connect the two arms together, instead? This is absolutely an issue that can occur if descriptions of the area required are relayed over the phone or via email, without pictures sent showing the exact area in question. Everyone has a way of describing their issues and area needing fixed very differently than the next! Thank you for your review! Thank you for your review. No calls came out of our facility yet today, so I am thinking this was not meant for us. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in the future! As far as quality, we are a third party and have no effect on the quality of the units and OEM parts.
