due to back order, I could not do the five but all in all it worked out well. their website is great, parts fit perfectly ... the only problem is that now I have no excuse to not exercise....

Instructed that must buy housing with bearing and if experienced future cracked bearing then it could be ordered separate from housing? One bearing cracked again causing arm to slide off. Questioning if I received less than satisfactory advice? Believe that tolerance separation of arm attaching to front turning assembly may be cause? Both sides have different separations?

We'd have to know who you spoke to and more details on what you can recall as to tell if you had indeed received advice that wasn't up to par with our standards.
