Mrs Paula is an amazing woman and very knowledgeable as a realtor she expresses her job as a true to her job and caring. I explained her my situation in selling my house she got to work and with a day the house when on the market we had two buyers ready to deal. The house sold right away. Thank you Paula for your hard work and your experience.

Kim did a magnificent job especially with the pictures and sourcing tradespeople for some much needed repairs, her advice saved us thousands and got the buyer the house they deserved.

Not sure where they got my information from, but incessant phone calls every 2 minutes. I called back and asked where they were calling from and all she said was "Sold.com. Sold.com. Sold.com" and then hung up. I called back and was repeatedly hung up on and then think I was blocked. Not very professional. I guess they don't like when people call them multiple times. Poor excuse of a business.

Hi Barbara, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ve reviewed our call records and show only a single outbound call to your number from our team on the day in question. It’s possible you received additional calls from other companies around the same time, which may have caused confusion. Regarding your return call, that’s not the experience we want for anyone. We’re looking into what may have happened and will take corrective action if needed. Our standard process is to make only one call on the first day, and our team is trained to handle callbacks professionally. We’d like to learn more so we can address this fully. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your phone number and the date of the call so we can investigate further. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
