Kyle Poe was my realtor through EXP Realty and I can’t say enough good things about Kyle and his team. His expertise made, what I thought the impossible, possible. He follows through, and major sure you are comfortable every step of the process. By far, the best realtor I’ve worked with!

So great to hear!

Not having an invoice to print and mail with my check or transaction number to coordinate with makes me feel like I'm paying some Joe on the street. You can never be to careful these days with scammers. And I don't like the sketchy feeling I get with this company.

Sorry to hear that Amanda - did you access your agent portal? We have a very slick Agent Portal that logs every activity and has all the information you need to download, print and do everything you need. We are 100% transparent with our agent partners and give you all the data you need in your own personalized agent portal. Sounds like you may not be using it though?

Dave gave us a great experience when we sold our house. We had many delays and he and his team kept us informed through each step of the process. He had a wealth of knowledge and had many helpful suggestions. He made himself available at anytime of the day. He was ethical and honest. I would gladly recommend he and his team. He also became a friend through it all.

It's more then just the sale. It's the support and information that was given. This really made it a wonderful experience.

Referral fee too high, seller had to recollection of even speaking to them did not realize they would be taking part of my commission and would have never agreed to that if known. They were very satisfied with my level of service and distraught I was not paid full commission.
