I was very satisfied with the complete transaction from listing our property to it being sold! The entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. This was my first experience with using a real estate agent but could not have found a better one.

The house sold the first weekend, we were very pleased with the results. We highly recommend this real estate agency, very professional and they “get the job done”.

All leads are cold and don't respond.
Response from SOLD.comAug 31, 2023
Hi Charity, we show that you closed a deal with us and made a commission. We also show that our concierge team has set up 11 recent opportunities for you but you have only claimed 3 of those 11. You will want to make sure you are available to claim those appointments our concierge team is qualifying and setting up for you

This company, Greg Raymer, was there whenever I needed him. He was attentive and personable. I would recommend him and his company.

David was on top of everything. He came to the house when I was out of town and took care of everything for us.

David is the best! Thanks for sharing your feedback!

The leads are not that great & they hang up on you & unsubscribe and I paid 3k plus 30 percent referral. the reason why it isn't lower is just because I was able to convert 2- but that is not very good I don't think.
Response from SOLD.comAug 31, 2023
Hi Laura - Congrats on closing 2 deals with us! You still have lots of leads who have yet to transact...so we will keep nurturing them and advise you to do the same. Those 2 closings you have done could turn into many more with the leads and appointments you have received

Jana Haskins was our realtor. We enjoyed getting to know her and having her around😊. Professionally, she was very responsive to our calls/texts, questions, and concerns. She would check in with us regularly even if we didn’t call or text to let us know what was, or was not, going on through out the process. She was receptive to our ideas and patient with our own personal process, while gently steering us in the right direction. We would definitely call on her again in the future. ❤️
