Get reviews from other agents with PROOF

Out of all the names and phone numbers that have come in there were too many people saying " I never said I wanted to sell my house" or " I have hung up on people who called me and said I wasn't interested" or better still. How did you get my name I just purchased this house a year ago. There has not been 1 legitmate seller and while one said they spoke to someone they told them not to call back. I have given up totally and will refer on my sphere of referrals from past clients. I have been testing referral companies, this one cost 1800.00 and rating them for years to see who really knows how to make it work, not get into your bank account. There needs to be more legislation in our Industry when it comes to these type of Lead Generating companies who take money upfront with false promises or exagerated expectations. They all came from one neighborhood area as well.

We also share transparent timelines of our lead conversion cycle times and how to best work each lead that comes through. We connect agents with home owners looking to gather information related to their home so if you are approaching the leads as "sellers" you are approaching it wrong. You should approach each lead as a connection, a real home owner who you can build a relationship with and help when they come to list. If you go to your agent portal you can also see how many of your leads are listing with agents - so the opportunity is there. Terrible Leads
The leads the email are terrible. They have no idea what you are talking about and never looked into selling and most of them are very angry.
