Avoid purchasing their service. I was misled by their promises of high-quality leads, but instead received outdated and irrelevant ones. They sent me leads from homeowners who had no connection to the company and weren't even aware of it. I paid $4,800 for three zip codes over a six-month period—an absolute waste of money. Don’t be fooled by their deceptive claims.

Excellent team, but disappointed with the bottom line at closing. Should have been more, but if I had negotiated a 50-50 agreement with the buyer for the newly-installed roof, the sale may not have gone through. Overall ok, but gouged on the bottom line due to state and local fees, which are exorbitant, and a very good reason not to buy property in Washington state!

Dustin is great as a realtor, he took care of everything from start to finish, was open, honest, and great with communication, however Sold.com taking so much of his commission was garbage in my opinion
