Wedding order won't arrive until after our wedding, and they won't refund a cent My fiancée ordered Build It For Me flowers for our wedding on September 18. Our wedding is October 17. On October 6 we found out the order wouldn't ship until about October 21, four days after the wedding. That date had never been made clear to us when we ordered. We asked about rushing it. Their expedited production option would actually ship it later, on October 22, and they said overnight shipping can't help because nothing ships before the wedding. Then we asked for our money back, and they refused to refund anything. So we're paying full price for wedding flowers that arrive after the wedding. Getting hold of anyone is hard too. Their contact page warns that every new email opens a new ticket and sends you to the back of the line. Try to find a phone number for them, good luck. After finally finding one the voicemail states they don’t return calls. If you have a wedding date, don't trust this company with it. Check the BBB and Trustpilot reviews first. Ours is far from the only wedding they've missed.

They promised a delivery date with the delivery at the latest of 3 weeks ago and that shipment was just sent out today they are 2 weeks past the wedding and the brides bouquet was said to arrive a month ago and that bouquet didn't arrive till after the wedding and are now charging us inport fees. There customers service is dreadful basically tough luck

I would give 0 stars if I could! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am a one week out for my son’s wedding and my flowers should’ve been here over a week ago. They are now telling me they are expected in two weeks. And will offer zero refund or accommodation at all. They literally do not care.. Do not under any circumstances purchase from this company!

I ordered sola flowers for my wedding. Flowers did not come. It’s been a month and a half. Extremely disappointed. There is no number to call. Limited email communication. The email communication that I did get stated that they would give me 30% off because they never came. No offer of a refund or of a resolve. Beware of this company. Very unprofessional to say the least!!

Very let down by the experience. I am planning my early 2027 wedding and wanted to choose Sola for their long lasting faux flowers, so I ordered a sample. I only had to pay the $10 shipping which I was fine with. But after 2 weeks, there is still no update on the order. Their site says "please see tracking number" but there is no tracking. Clicking to the next page shows "order still in processing". I contacted the company and the never got back to me. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank because I am petty and don't want any money going to them at all. Sola has no cancellation process. They say once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled. I read really nice reviews on Reddit and other sites so I gave it a try but I ended up really glad that I did not order my actual bouquets from them. Order at your own risk!

Single worst company we have ever worked with. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They will delay your order, refuse to respond, and they only allow you to email customer service. All listed numbers for them online are disconnected. We will now be pursuing a fradulent claim with our credit card company and reporting to the BBB.

I ordered flowers over a month ago and have not received any order updates. My wedding is in 9 days and I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to talk to and get an update for 5 days and no one has responded. Our order was over 3k dollars and can't talk to someone about it! Terrible customer service would never recommend.

Do not order from this company. They do not provide the service or product that you pay for. They put information on the order tracker showing a label has been created, I paid for expedited services a month later they told me they had sent the flowers but I tried several times to file a lost package claim and they told me I couldn’t because they never picked up a package. Finally they tried to give me credit to purchase more product with $10 extra. Why would I want to order anything else when I read the reviews of people just like me scammed out of their money and caught without the product I paid extra to get quickly just in case. I was then promised a refund and two weeks later nothing. Please save your hard earned money and heartache buy from a reputable company.
