Amazing and responsive customer service! ⭐️

I am a new customer with Solawave and so far, the customer service experience has been impeccable! I had questions about fitting the wand in the travel case as well as registering my product and Nica was super helpful. You don't always get this level of customer service, so I really appreciate this brand and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. I tried my Radiant Renewal 4-in-1 Skincare wand today for the first time and so far I love it and have a good feeling it's going to work out really well!

just now NEW I bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60 Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

Excellent customer service! Friendly and prompt answers and solutions to my questions

I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

I purchased my Solawave wand a while ago but due to health & life issues I haven't had much opportunity to have many "selfcare days"; I have been trying to make that more of a routine again, but I was experiencing issues with my wand. Super long story short, Teresa went above and beyond to help me. Teresa was kind and UNLIKE most interactions now, Teresa followed back up with me. (I honestly can't thank you enough). Solawave still has a customer service line - where you can talk to a human - and they stand behind their product. Looking forward to a better, healthier, and radiant 2024 - my Solawave is one of the tools to help me with that (super excited)!

I was very excited to try the 4-1 skincare wand but there was an issue and my package was lost/stolen. I was frustrated and defeated. I emailed Solawave and was instantly met with solutions and quickly sent a replacement. The response time was fast and they were reassuring and kind. I would 100% recommend this company. I have been using my wand for about a week and am excited to see the results. Jomel needs a shout-out for excellent customer service. Thank you!
