For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.

My wand is the holy grail in my routine!! Recently it started acting up on me, and being afraid it would quit completely I reached out to customer service to see what my options were. I was given super quick responses for some trouble shooting, and in the end directed to make a return and they’ll be sending a replacement!! I will forever be a Solawave fan, and this just sealed the deal for me!!

I am really loving using the Solawave skincare wand. I wish I had taken before and after photos! I have been using the Solawave wand for almost a month. It has improved my skin and fine lines. It really is amazing. I highly recommend it. The customer service is Fantastic!

I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.

I contacted Solawave about a Christmas gift (Solawave wand) that wasn't working quite right. I had already looked at the FAQs and troubleshooting ideas they had posted but the wand was still shorting out on me. At first I was bummed that I didn't hear back from them - so I contacted via Instagram instead. And that's when their Instagram account folks said, "Did you double check our email address as a .co and not a .com?" And sure enough, I had typed .com -- once I sent an email to the correct email address, I heard back within minutes. (Minutes!) We emailed back and forth about my issue - and the very helpful person named Nica is sending me a replacement wand at no charge. They resolved this so quickly and without hassle. I'm so happy with this result, because I really enjoy using the wand and am already seeing great results. I took 'before' photos and will take updated photos soon. Thanks again to Nica!
