Tina is very helpful to me in many ways. I need so many different doctor appointments made and she helps me with all of that. And she listens to my health issues and together we determine how she can assist me with that. And she also works with my primary doctor to make specialist dr appts for me.

I have a very complicated medical situation and have a lot of specialists. Due to this, I have simplified my health needs by having all specialists and GP at one medical institution. This has helped. Despite that, I had 3 specific pending issues that were causing a lot of frustration and time. Given what Solace said, I turned those issues over to them. While my Advocate was nice and followed up with me, I didn't believe she had the depth of understanding and/or ability to go above and beyond to look for out of the box solutions nor achieve results. As a result, I ended up jumping in and resolving 2 issues myself and have a strong game plan for the third. I don't think that Solace as a medical support tool does an effective job of following up to engage in program resolution, patient satisfaction nor support should an advocate need assistance. If these tools/programs are in place they were never explained to me nor was I ever provided training within this program. I honestly am disappointed in my lack of results and decided to take over my own challenges again. I also believe Medicare and other insurance companies should have a way of checking on results based on outcome.

Cherish was very helpful in getting a denial from United Health Care. Not her fault. United Health Care leaves a lot to be desired. I will be changing plans during the next enrollment period.

I was struggling with complicated chronic illness and needing to see multiple specialists. Persistent fevers was my overriding concern and no one was addressing that. My advocate, Lizz, recommended an app for tracking my fevers so that I could show the doctors what I am dealing with. Showing my doctors a graph of their fevers made a huge difference in how my doctors approached my care. I've had additional testing and a possible new diagnosis and treatment. Without the support and guidance of my patient advocate, I would still be floundering with my mystery illness.

Jennifer is an excellent advocate, she checks on me weekly and is concerned about my health and getting what I need. She has gone above and beyond in researching things that are helpful for me.
