Garilyn, my Advocate was very consistent in guiding me through the process to qualify for the Bridge Program and checking back to see how I was doing on Zepbound. I appreciate her guidance. She assured me if I need help at anytime to let her know.

Kemaya Jacobs is an absolute star!!
Kemaya Jacobs is an absolute star!!! She has gotten me in with a new Rheumatologist within a matter of weeks. When I had one for next year!!! She listens intentively to me and my needs and takes action!. I can feel free to text her anytime and she responds accordingly. In my opinion Kemaya Jacobs needs employee of the year and a raise! Thank you Solace Health for hiring such a gem!

I appreciate Jackie's effort to attempt…
I appreciate Jackie's effort to attempt to resplve my bill with the rehab center. The rehab's business office has been un cooperative in providing a breakdown of the bill. Eve blue cross/blue shield hasd been unreresonsive to her requests. Thizs makes me suspicious as to how the amount is finalized particularly with the hospital staff saying to me that I was covered for ninety days by Medicare and Blue coss/ Blue shield from December 22nd until February 18th.
