The reason I got assistance was because my medicine kept being held up. Vanessa found the problem, contacted the right people and fixed the problem. I now get my medicine on time without feeling like it’s not going to happen. Thank you Vanessa

They kept cutting my hours and this poor social worker was trying to help but didn't have enough time to deal with all my issues the program took a real turn meanwhile the solace providers are truly trying so hard to advocate for their patients

Lakota has been following all the requests to make sure process is moving along. Small kickup in that nurse with PCP is now on vacation for 2 weeks. Need her back in office to figure out what delays are happening. Otherwise is nice to know Lakota is working to make sure the process keeps goin.

10/15/2026 Update They continue to discriminate against me. Today, I called them repeatedly and told them over and over that those vertebrae in my neck are going to sever my spinal cord, cause my lungs to fail, and kill me. I asked them one question: “Why does ‘Healthcare’ keep telling me to kill myself?” They kept saying “I didn’t tell you to kill yourself” or flat out “It didn’t happen,” even though I played the recordings for them over and over. I kept telling them it is NOT Solace telling me to kill myself. That is the rest of “Healthcare,” and I am not accusing Solace of that. They answered a question I didn’t ask instead of the one I did. They hung up on me several times and then blocked my number. They continue to argue with me. They continue to back up everything “Healthcare” tells me. What they won’t do is answer one very basic and easily answered question: “Why does ‘Healthcare,’ like Cedar Springs and Los Angeles Mental Health, keep telling me to kill myself?!” They both keep telling me to “do it!!!” or “do it, DO it, DO IT!!!” respectively. They also refuse to tell me why the following keeps happening to me. Boulder Community Hospital keeps telling me I’m not allowed to go to their ER, and their neurosurgery department keeps laughing at me for complaining that my vertebrae could sever my spinal cord. The Colorado Medicaid nurse line keeps telling me they “don’t care” about me and that I’m not allowed to call anymore for complaining about my suffering and my fear that those vertebrae could sever my spinal cord and cause my lungs to fail. A mental health facility told me “f*** you!” (I can’t name them because of an out-of-court settlement.) HealthOne’s psych line hung up on me directly after “terror, torment, agony.” Network 180 told me, “It’s not our responsibility to care about you.” Colorado Access (Medicaid) told me my “terror, torment, agony” were just “annoying.” They keep gaslighting me. They keep arguing with me. I don’t mean “arguing” rhetorically. I mean full-blown yelling over one another. They continue to do everything but tell me why “Healthcare” keeps telling me to kill myself, or why my life and I are so useless. Solace has my complete HHS-OCR file, a 750+ document file that includes the recordings of “Healthcare” telling me I’m “a big waste of time,” 988 telling me “we’ll just keep hanging up,” and 988 threatening to file criminal harassment for my complaining that the 4 vertebrae crushing my spinal cord in my neck could sever it and cause my lungs to completely fail. It also includes at least 3 full sets of MRIs from the past 5 years (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar). They know exactly what is going on with my back. The one recording they don’t have is Los Angeles Mental Health telling me “do it, DO it, DO IT... and stop calling here!!!” Today I played that one for them, along with Cedar Springs’ “DO IT!” They kept trying to talk over it, so I kept restarting it until they listened. They still told me it didn’t happen. I also played several of the other calls, and they acted as if they didn’t know I was playing recordings of phone calls with “Healthcare” being horrible to me. I’m sitting here in untold agony while they fight and argue with me at the time of year when the cramping is fully systemic, as is the neuropathic pain. I can’t sleep at night from the cramping, and I can’t sit all day from the static neuropathic pain and cramping. Why does one man have to suffer needlessly? How much can one body deal with before it just gives out? I’m SO tired of the gaslighting, manipulation, hatred, and cruelty. Solace has had my case for 3ish months now and has done nothing about my heart or my spine. Today I called them 109 times to report my medical fear and ask my question. They hung up and blocked my number instead of answering it. I don’t understand why they’re doing this to me, and that is not rhetorical. I keep telling them I’m not accusing Solace of telling me to kill myself, and I genuinely want to know why I’m being hung up on and blocked for asking. I’ll be honest: I hate how Solace has treated me. I don’t wish them any harm. But what I hate even more is that they ignore the fact that “Healthcare” really does keep telling me to kill myself. How can Solace (“Healthcare”), who are supposed to fight for people like me and you, be sooo myopic, cruel, hateful, and utterly uncaring?!

Tamara was very thorough and eager to help me with anything I needed to minimize stress. With the digital age many communications break down. Specifically, Tamara was able to reach out to medical staff to find out how or what I owed. This made my life so much better (Such as the definition of Solace!)

Everything you do is done very well. My advocate is very knowledgable and helpful. I cant say how much difference she has made to me and my dealings with doctors and staffs.
