My Advocate is making certain that all the background information among my clinical providers it’s handled. She communicates in ways and with information that I don’t have I can relax knowing that my healthcare is handled well thank you Shannon.

I really appreciated the fact that someone seemed to care and did what they said they would. That is unusual. So far, mostly what has happened is getting confirmation that I do indeed live in a remote rural area and not much is available but my advocate did contact my church to make sure they knew about my situation and would provide whatever help they can. Maybe she can arrange for more. Certainly, my advocate is trying. Reality is that help is elsewhere and unless someone from church can take me I need to do without.

Constant contact. How easy my advocate comes across. No rush and listens intently. Would highly recommend getting a Solace Advocate.

Absolutely unreliable and irresponsible. At 6pm I made an appointment to be called for a consultation between 740 and 8 pm for my mother's medical needs. Between making the appointment and the time for the appointment, Solace positively flooded my text messages and emails, repeatedly reminding me of the appointment and asking me to be ready for their call. 10 minutes past the appointment window, I receive a message that they will call soon and to remain ready for their call. A full 30 minutes past the appointment time, they finally send a message that they aren't able to get to us today, and to follow a link to select a "priority time" for another appointment, which takes you to the exact web page you used to schedule the first appointment they did not keep. I wasted my time and what I got out of it was 10-12 spam texts/emails and zero help for my mother. Seek help elsewhere is my advice.

My advocate has helped me so much! I was in a real difficult situation in my health care and she helped me getting things done that I’d been trying to do for many months. I tell all my friends, they need an advocate like Courtney!

The advocate treats mè like ì am her only patient. She seems to really cares and is working on the thingsi was having issues
