Working with Michelle was great
Working with Michelle was great. She was interested in helping me navigate the medicare gap plan for diet drugs. I could not have done it without her! She was a pleasure to talk to also. That alone made this confusing info so pleasant. Thank you Michelle

The most important to me is I’m not…
One of The most important to me is I’m not being treated like a customer. Salam( my advocate) is on top of my needs both emotionally and physically. I am able to be absolutely stress free, not worrying about not making a necessary appointment, not worrying about communicating with Dr. office, she breaks down the medical conversation to my understanding. Solace allows me to live with an assurance that my needs are met and they are important

The support alone was psychologically…
The support alone was psychologically uplifting as I have been entirely on my own, caught in the sticky web of beauracracy for 30 years, and almost out of my mind. Old white women with no family or significant others need a voice of authority that a profesional organization like SOLACE can give to a system like ours. My advocate, Christine Travis has managed to get doctors appointments set for 3 months ahead, back to a week or less. As a new patient, this really helps. She has gleaned information I was unable to get, to guide my actions in obtaining resources from uncooperative anauthorities. I'm not used to having someone on my side. Solace is an idea whose time has come. Thank you for thinking outside of the cage we are living in today. Madeline Coren
