Meghan is great in every way...
Meghan is great in every way; kind, thoughtful, understanding & helpful. All of our sessions are at least an hour, thanks to my talkative nature. I don't hold much back, unfortunately, but Meghan handles it all with grace & good humor. I come away feeling heard every time. I feel like I've made a friend. She's also helped me be a better friend & listener to others.

Receptionist was awesome
Receptionist was awesome. They came out fast brought me back. We did our business as my questions I needed to ask and he answered them very promptly. Everything work out just fine as always thank you deal Switzer and company.

My advocate was polite and courteous
My advocate was polite and courteous, claimed to understand the issues, but in practice, did not advocate to solve any issues. Was unprepared, although well informed by me. Didn't address issues involving my "Pharmacy Provider, Medical Provider and Insurance?" And their individual responsibilities.

I was assigned an advocate who gave me…
I was assigned an advocate who gave me incorrect information and almost caused a huge problem. She looked up information and passed it on to me, expecting me to do all the work in contact the insurance company to appeal a decision. My recommendation; vet your advocate to find out what their experience is before you end up wasting a lot of time accomplishing nothing.

Amber is spectacular
Amber is spectacular. She listens, advises and directs for my best interests. She has a great sense of humor and is very patient with me and my joking around. She is my advocate and I couldn’t be in better hands! Give her a raise!
