I've had the sofa for about 10 days now and it's holding up great. The stitching is neat and leather feels smooth but sturdy. The only thing is I wish the seat was a tiny bit deeper-still love it tho.

This sofa is for photos only. It is the most uncomfortable sofa. Several people that are different body types tried the sofa and it was the laugh of our party. It must be fake positive reviews about how comfortable it is. It absolutely the most uncomfortable sofa. The cost and the discomfort is an embarrassment. My husband is furious with this purchase and the company that charged us so much for zero comfort. We have tried reaching out after months of trying different ways to make it more comfortable. I never got any response. I have emailed them with the info that is associated with the order. Playing games and asking for info to prolong a response.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a sofa sectional that said 3 weeks delivery. After no tracking number in a week, I called. They said it would be 16 weeks delivery. I needed a sofa sooner than that so asked for a refund. They said it would be 15 business days. No refund. After multiple emails, they said their finance department was having serious issues and promised me a refund in three days. That came and went. So I now have a dispute charge filed with my credit card company. This is theft. Buyer beware.

Update: I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 because we did finally receive the sofa. The color is more red than expected and one of the legs came with the wrong plate to attach to the sofa. Aside from having the wrong hardware for 1 leg, packaging was great and assembly was very easy. I also appreciate how the sofa pieces all connect together. So, 3 stars from me between the lack of communication on shipping and some other minor issues, not perfect, but not as terrible as I originally thought. Terrible. You have to pay $99 for "vip" curbside delivery but there is absolutely nothing VIP about it or their customer service. I've received very little communication about my order and still am waiting for a tracking number after ordering 2 weeks ago. I have zero faith that I'll get my actual order. I think this company is a total scam.

This company has very poor communication. I ordered a bed frame. I received a confirmation saying my order was "processing". No other communication. I followed up with an email and was told my bed frame would ship in 30-35 days. 35 days passed. I wrote and was told it would be another 30 days. They did not address me correctly in the email indicating to me that their first language is unlikely english or it is a bot. I have requested a refund, with no response and filed a claim with my credit card company.

Total scam. Ordered furniture for 4th of July sale marked as in stock and for quick delivery. Was then told, after purchase, that the furniture was not in stock. They said it was overseas and couldnt say when it would ship (said could be weeks or months). Despite this they refuse to refund me. Disputing with my bank now.
