I am very happy to hear that you like our Empress golden sofa. Your satisfaction is our motivation for improvement. If you feel that the sofa lacks resilience and leaves imprints, you can gently pat the sofa to make it softer. Thank you again for your love. Feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions. We look forward to serving you again.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We have been working hard to resolve your issues during this period. Since you ordered a relatively lightweight chair, we generally do not provide white-glove service for this type of chair. Therefore, after obtaining your consent, we promptly refunded your white-glove service fee and committed to sending staff to assemble the chair for you free of charge. Under these conditions, we also waived the $99 shipping fee for you. As for your complaint about the slow refund process, we processed the refund promptly after you requested the cancellation of the order. However, to ensure the security of the transaction and due to the processing time required by banks, it may have taken some time for the refund to be credited to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we wish you a wonderful day.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during the installation of your chair. However, we must recognize that the incident where the backboard was inadvertently drilled through appears to have been the result of mishandling during the installation process. We have quickly resolved the issue by replacing the backboard for you as well as new mounting parts. Your feedback is invaluable to us and we will continually strive to improve our products and service standards. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us directly.
