At Soka Home, we are more than just a furniture store; we are the place to realize your dream home. You purchased your empress Beige sectional on December 7, 2023 for a discounted price of $3200, and you're returning it because it's not as soft as you expected. We understand and respect each customer's unique sense of comfort and beauty. While we know you preferred the softness, our return policy states that a preference for comfort alone is not a product quality issue for returns. Nonetheless, our customer service team remains committed to resolving any post-sale issues in a timely manner. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer return options: including the standard $605 restocking fee and a 10% deduction on the total price of the sofa ($3,269.50 - $199 White Glove Fee = $3,070.50 $3,070.5*0.1 = $307.05), so the total cost of the return is $912.05. In order to expedite the return process and ensure a seamless experience for you, we are willing to cover $100 of these return fees and the final logistics of the packaging, even if you are unable to provide the original packaging in a timely manner. Soka Home's goal is to make your experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. If you are still confused by any aspect of the process, please feel free to contact us and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
