For the price, the Luxury Minimalist Brown Fabric Sofa is a great deal. Plus, it's been a couple of months since I bought it and it's holding up great! I love the material because when my kids make a mess on the sofa, I can easily wipe it up with just a spray of some cleaner! And it's a little bigger than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise.

I got the Tender sofa on sale and nearly canceled, but I'm glad I didn't. It exceeded my expectations in many ways. The beige color looks even better in person. I wanted to brighten up my dull living room and while browsing the web, I came across the Empress Gold sofa. The color was exactly as pictured on the website! I chose the smallest size and it was very easy to assemble. Amber in customer service was wonderful! She was very professional and helped me with many things.

First off
First off, this tender sofa is insanely comfortable. The cushions are super soft and supportive at the same time. The sand color is exactly what I was looking for – it's warm and goes perfectly with my wooden coffee table and light gray rug. In terms of size, it's just right for my living room. It comfortably seats my family of four without taking up too much space. Assembly was straightforward too; I set it up on my own in under 10 minutes.

While browsing the website, I saw they were having a sale. After chatting with customer service a few times, I decided to order The Empress Gray Sofa. The quality is great, and the color matches my home decor perfectly. Since my purchase met the minimum amount, I got a free wooden table too. It was super easy to put together and is really sturdy. Now, it’s the perfect spot for a vase of flowers.

Their response only made things worse for my experience. Not only was the experience an unpleasant one, but there was never any ownership throughout the process with all of their errors, nor in this review. Again, trust me, I would not use this group. You be letdown with quality and service.

I ordered two sofa sets from this company for a short term rental. I expressed that I needed this delivered in two weeks and before purchasing they said they would have it shipped to me in 5-10 business days.
It took almost 4 weeks.
I then received the couches and the order was incorrect.
I would choose another company if you have a choice.

Firstly, we sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced. Your order was shipped on June 12. On June 13, you requested to cancel the order, but we were able to address your concerns, and the order remained valid. You later requested that the order be shipped by June 20. However, your request to change the shipping address midway through the process resulted in additional processing time. Consequently, your order was delivered on July 3 with a slight delay.
Regarding the sofa, we noticed that you placed an order for a luxury model with a chaise longue instead of the straight configuration you intended to purchase. We understand this was a mistake and immediately offered to replace the sofa with the correct model. However, you informed us that a replacement was unnecessary.
To compensate for any inconvenience caused, we also offered you a complimentary puff chair. In response, you requested that we cease further communication.
We deeply regret any inconvenience and wish to resolve any remaining issues you may have. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

This Tender Beige L-shaped sectional cushions are soft yet provide excellent support. I’ve even taken a few naps on it, and it’s incredibly comfortable. What I love most is the sectional’s ability to comfortably accommodate my family and guests without feeling overcrowded. I was initially worried about keeping a beige sofa clean, but the ease of removing and washing the covers has kept it looking new.

TENDER SOFA WITH OTTOMAN is incredibly versatile, allowing me to cross my legs and providing extra seating for guests, so it's really a twofer. Since I'm a sensitive person when it comes to fabrics, but the feel of the fabric on this sofa is great. Most of all, the customer service was great and helped me a lot!
