Produit de qualité, montage assez simple. La seule critique, pas de suivie de livraison, on sait pas quand ça part et quand ça arrive !!
Response from SohnneDec 15, 2025
Thank you for your review, Didier! We’re happy you’re enjoying the product quality and found the assembly fairly simple. We’re sorry the delivery tracking and updates weren’t clear—your feedback helps us improve communication so customers always know what stage their order is at. Thank you again!

Bought two Barcelona chairs. Was told that I didn’t qualify for the 20% discount as the company was paying for transport and Canadian duties but once I received the chairs, I was asked to pay $120 of duties… The chairs came directly from China so not sure what the deal about paying extra to transport to Canada was all about. Also, tried both CS chat and email but received no response from them. I’ve changed my review to 5* as the company got back to me reimbursing all duties that I paid. As regards the chairs, they are beautifully made. The leather is as seen in the photos on the website. The brown chairs are a deep chocolate colour and the black one is even coloured and soft.

Thank you for your review and for updating it, EJNF! We’re really glad you love the chairs—the color details you shared are super helpful for other shoppers. We’re also happy we could reimburse the duties and resolve everything for you. Thanks again for your patience and support!

I’ve always wanted an Eames chair. I am not disappointed with the Sohnne replica. Gorgeous, comfortable (and it is becoming even more so with more use), and solidly engineered. The chair is expertly packed and shipped. Assembly was easy but Sohnne needs to update its instructions, too much guesswork regarding parts. I basically just “figured out” how to assemble it because the included instructions were worthless. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied (I just wish my sons would let me sit in it more).
Response from SohnneDec 15, 2025
Thank you so much for your review, Michael! We’re thrilled you love the chair and that it’s becoming even more comfortable over time. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the instructions—this is exactly the kind of insight that helps us improve the experience for future customers. And your last line made us smile—hope you get more chair time soon!

What a great purchase!!! So Happy with my new chair. This came very quickly, excellent packaging and went together in a snap. The only thing that gave me fits was the arm pads which with a little work went on. Would highly recommend this chair, very good quality for the price.
Response from SohnneDec 15, 2025
Thank you for the wonderful review, Greg! We’re so happy you love your new chair and that it arrived quickly with great packaging. Thanks as well for mentioning the arm pads—feedback like this helps other customers and helps us keep improving. Enjoy your chair!
