On 29 July 2024 I was promised a full refund of more than AU$1,500 within 3-5 business days on the basis that my circumstances satisfied the refund policy of Software CW. It is now 15 August and no refund has been received by me. I have now asked my bank to assist me in recovering the refund.

Went online to purchase MS Office Home and student, 1 Computer. Did not notice the 4 other s/w products on the checkout screen that I did not order. Was expected to remove them. The $34.99 purchase showed up as $89.99. Requested a refund, but was denied based on their return policy. This place is a Rip off. Lots of other reputable sites that you should seek. Changing my credit card number tomorrow. Do not want it in the hands of crooks.

They were very helpful & usually responded within 24 hours to any email I sent. I needed to wipe my computer & do a factory reset, and I was able to re-download my software I bought from them. Clear communication. Super appreciated -thanks guys 😊
