I purchased 2x devices for the price of one during the promotion they had on black friday, I recieved the item mid December 2025. This is just another marketing gimmick, its impossible to sleep with this device on, I tried it for 10 nights and couldn't do it. When I emailed them to return it they gave me the instructions on how to do it, after my return it took 1 month for them to reply to me only to tell me I am not eligible to return it, so they essentially made me pay the return shipping (one of the items was still new sealed in the box) then they kept the item and didn't refund my money, I filed a chargeback with my CC for this. Terrible scam company with a good marketing team. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Does not work at all. Yes, you can fit the device to your teeth however it stays in a locked close mouth position so when sleeping and your mouth falls open, the guard does nothing when calling for customer support. You just leave a voicemail, no one answers. Video show the upper portion of the device in the lower portion of the device somehow separating, but there is no instruction on how that happens and I cannot figure out how to do that without just breaking the device. Complete fraud. Do not waste your money.

Don't buy two! I should have tried one first. I thought it would work better than the other mouthpiece I'd tried from another company, and it was a better deal to buy two at once. We had a baby around the time the product arrived, and I was pretty distracted for a few weeks. I missed the return window, and now I have two products I can't use. I contacted their customer support, and they won't make an exception or return my money for the second product that's unused and unusable because I went over the 30-day return window.

Mouth piece way too big. All competitors have given me at least some relief. Same exact process. Do not buy

On December 1st, 2025, I purchased a SnoreRx Plus paying with my Visa card. Due to customs issues, according to the carrier DHL, who stated that the product is considered a medical device and is currently prohibited in Europe, it was returned to the sender, SnoreRx. I emailed SnoreRx on December 19, 2025, informing them of the situation, but I have not received a response. On December 30, 2025, I emailed SnoreRx again, requesting a refund if they were unable to send me the product. I have not received a response to this email either. On January 20, 2026, I demanded a refund for the product they possess, not me, and warned them of legal action if they did not issue the refund as advertised on their website in the terms and conditions of purchase. I have not received any response to this email. In short, they are not honoring their refund commitment, despite repeated emails requesting it.

Absolute worst customer service. Got this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas and when I went to return they said it was out of the "postmarked" return period. Universally, I don't know of any companies that don't have holiday extensions. Don't waste your money; this thing is so large, you won't be able to close your mouth comfortably. I'm guessing all of their good reviews are fake or paid for.

First, the product is complete garbage. You literally cannot shut your mouth when using it. I ended up getting an infection in my mouth after using this product that required me to go to the doctor three times, and only went away after discontinuing use of the product. Second, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I contacted them and asked for a refund, which they agreed to do after I sent them photos. When I sent the photos, they claimed it "wasn't their device." I offered to mail it to them and they ignored me. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

The mouth piece is huge! Hit the back of my mouth. There’s no way to cut it back since the adjustment is hard. U have to pay shipping to and from so I’m out almost $20. For nothing. There is no place on their site to review!
