SnoreRxReviews of snorerx.com

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not respond to any customer support emails and their phone numbers do not work. They are a scam and a rip off. It is impossible to get a hold of them. Tried to dispute w/ my CC and the merchant sent the CC their return policy so my case was closed yet when you try to follow their return policy THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU. This company is a scam.

I’ve been a customer for years. They last about 6 months. Never had any issues until this last purchase. It appeared that the silicone had severe quality control issues, as it wasn't smooth. Actually made my mouth bleed. Then, in 2 days the silicone tore apart from the plastic housing. I submitted a warranty claim. That’s when I realized what kind of customer service this company had. None at all. Basically, stopped all follow up after numerous emails. Long time customer and I got treated like this. Well, time to find a new mouth piece. Good Bye SnoreX!!!

The device just wasn't for me. So I returned it and haven't heard back from them. Phone calls are never answered or returned. Only once I received an email back about how to return device. I can't rate the device itself, but customer service is only one star.

Usps misdelivered my package and snorerx wanted nothing to do woth mt, after one response confirming my address they ghosted me

This business refused my returned SnoreRx in an attempt to not refund my money. They kept telling me the package didn't arrive yet. Tracking my package revealed they'd refused it 3 weeks earlier. Filed fraudulent case with my credit card company to get refunded.

I bought one from them and they never sent it to me, they don't answer phone calls and emails. Complete scam

Device itself works, but... Got it in ~2 months after ordering, in few nights got used to it and worked quite fine. But... within a month of using had the bottom piece of mouth guard detached during the night and it slid down the throat... Luckily i woke up due to blocked air pathways. Contacted SnoreRX with this issue, said it is a potential hazard to health and asked for solution. They offered to send a new one, but i must pay for Shipping. I refused as i think, that liability lies on them, so this was the last message i got. No more response for about a month, zero reactions to emails. They simply do not care. Customer support is non existing. Idea of product is good, but it ends here with them.

BUYER BEWARE!! These people have ZERO customer service and don’t seem to care once they get the funds. I paid $106 and never received the item I ordered. Their system is set up to autofill the address making it extraordinarily hard to screw it up … yet they say I entered Cottonwood Lane instead of Falls Canyon Dr (where I’ve lived for 21 years). The Cottonwood address they say was used is an open farm field. Now I’m out the money and SnoreRx says they won’t do anything until the first unit they sent is returned. Despite all the glowing reviews, and the ones that appear to be planted, I will not recommend this device!!
