Ok, so my experience wasn't as horrible as some of the reviews on here. It did take FOREVER to arrive with no communication other than "we've received your order". I had sent them an email and left a voicemail 10 days after placing my order requesting an update - didn't hear anything back. Within a week after that, I received a notice that it had been shipped. So probably 3-4 weeks wait to receive the item - pretty sucky. I got the SnoreRx Plus mouth guard and while it did stop my snoring which was great (I used an app to measure), it was too big for my mouth and I was nervous it was gonna mess up my jaw. So I returned it (had another week before the cutoff return time) and I had no issues. Received my refund within 10 days - so no problems there.

Product works but it broke. I notice a major difference when using the device regarding snoring, but the clips broke on the back and I am hoping the company will warranty the device since it is under a year old. I called and left a message but some of the reviews here make me wary that they will not respond. Would rate 5 stars but the fact that it broke and I swallowed a small piece of plastic in my sleep is not good.
